This item is quite thin and the velcro straps have rough edges that catch on the fabric of the visor. That being said it blocks a lot of glare when you press down on the thin plastic and the flexible side tension works and I can hide it behind the rear view mirror. I don't think it will last long but if it lasts even a month I'll probably buy another one for the passenger side and install it backwards as it's difficult to get on and off and we swap drivers out, so I need one of each visor. However, this limits my use of the mirror.
