Cute and inexpensive transition readers. They definitively work wonders for filtering the blue light from the computer! I still have to take them off to look away at a distance but I think I am still trying to get used to wearing them and keeping them on. I am used to taking my readers off and leaving them on my desk and forgetting them. but wanted to try some that I could keep on while working so I would actually wear them. So far so good. They are good to have just for an inexpensive pair of readers to toss around or throw in your purse.
