Decent best option for office furniture and lighting

I have 6 spots to install wall door stops but 3 have fallen off since purchase. They fell off overnight. There were no instructions or tips on soldering in the kit. I accidentally tore off the sticky backing for a doorstop because the paper was stuck to the doorstop. I'm not sure if anything special had to be done to make them stick. So it goes without saying. I still need door plugs to hide areas. Buy cheap. It's decent.
