Great for small adults

I am 1.62m 55kg and I originally got the large girls size and it fits great but I might swap it out for an XL just because the top of the body is quite tight and I usually wear a base layer and a sweatshirt under my outer layer and with a sweatshirt it was quite tight so if you are my size choose XL. Super comfortable
