I am very pleased with the service, I received my sewing machine in perfect conditions as portrait. It could be useful to improve the manual (it's printed in black and white and the pictures are small, really difficult to see in detail. I will suggest to print in the manual a web site where people like me (with zero experience) can see in detail how to operate this machine. I look for explanatory videos and I found a couple of them that were useful, however I think that there is a lot that can be improve to make this machine a user friendly. I have never sewed before, I am 40 years old woman with a huge desire to learn, and even though this machine is simple and seems to be good for beginners I would recommended it to people like me, all you need is a little bit of patience, treat the machine kindly and look for videos online to start your projects, so far, I have made almost a dozen pillows and even a tepee hut for kids (my nieces totally loved it). You will need extra metal bobbins (size 15) and needles ("The system number of the needle is 14, The body diameter of the needle is 0.92 mm, the Central diameter of the needle shoulder is 1.02 mm, the shank diameter of the needle is 1.62 mm" I got this information from the seller,Mr Ivan was really helpful and professional) I was not able to use the pedal at all. The cable is to short so it does not reach the floor I wonder if this is just a mistake and my cord just came shorter as it should be (mine is 44 " long) so I only operate the machine with the auto bottom,but I work in a high table, so probably a standard high table will reach. I found myself needing more bobbins and thread so keep this in mind ( I got Dritz metal bobbins size 15 and works good). So far one of my needles broke but I was able to replace it. Again, just a little bit of patience and kindness. Here some pictures… Peace and love…
