Disappointed good for heat lamps

Bought 2 lamps for my bearded dragons. They came last Monday (today is Thursday). I had to replace the lightbulb, it burned out, first the heating went down, then all the lights didn't work. Replaced the bulb today. I really hope I don't have to go to the pet store tomorrow or the day after to get more as the 1st bulb lasted 2 days. The packaging was not damaged when received, but I don't know if it was defective or mishandled on delivery. Not a very good rating for an item that I was hoping would outperform others on the market.
