Excellent mugs in the sense that the shape, size and weight are very comfortable. I absolutely love her! However, they are extremely overpriced. I bought this brand because of the perceived quality but these mugs break just looking at them. I am very careful with my belongings, I have had the same crockery (crate and barrel) for almost 30 years and only broke 2 bowls and 1 plate. Within 2 weeks of literally putting these cups on the coffee shelf waiting for the espresso to be filled, it kind of broke. What-? As?! Did my lousy dishwasher in the apartment have too much water pressure? Most likely not. Buy these mugs as novelty if you can afford it.
