Review on PhoneBurner by Chris Kirby

The best thing about Phoneburner is that it has an easy interface which makes using it very simple. With this dialer you can do many things like send emails with pre set templates or make recordings to be played after someone answers your phone call. I have no dislikes since everything works well as expected. It does what its supposed to do but sometimes when recording messages get cut off if a person doesn't answer quickly enough. Sometimes my coworkers don't understand why I keep asking them questions in order to complete tasks because they think I am slow at completing certain jobs. They also seem annoyed whenever we are working together because I'm always trying to learn new things from them. This program is great! We use this product mainly for lead generation purposes. The ability to dial numbers from any location using my mobile phone or computer has been very useful in terms of saving me money as well as increasing productivity! I would like more features such as being able to save contacts so that when you are away from your desktop it will still be there but not have to load them each time. This saves having to go back into an excel document if i want to add another number.
