Excellent toaster. I had a slide toaster that made a mess every time I needed to toast bread. Like other toasters, it catches crumbs. I especially like that it has 4 slots for toasting bread quickly. It toasts bread on level 3 (it comes out 1-6, which means medium setting) in 2 minutes. I want to see how long my toast lasts. I also like the fact that the toast doesn't fly out of the toaster and stays too low to fish out. It fits at a good level so you can take it easy. First use smells a bit like electrical or plastic burn, so they recommend running it on level 3 without toast first. I skimmed this manual, like most consumers, I don't read instructions. Haven't used the defrost or reheat settings yet, but the regular toast settings produced a nice, even brown on the first try. This is definitely an improvement over my previous toaster.
