Shows it's on the consumer cellular network when I turn it on for the first time, but now my email doesn't work. I changed the APN settings but it's still blocked on ATT&T. When I press "phone" to make a call, I get an ATT&T number sync page. I've tried calling number # from other phones but nothing happens. "Support" Consumer Cellular will not help. I'm confused. Update: After numerous calls to Consumer Cellular, AT&T, and Samsung, there doesn't seem to be a way to fully "unlock" this tablet. The Phone app is useless if you don't have a myAT&T ($$$) account. There is a workaround: you can find the Hangouts app for calling in the App Store and make calls through it. (Calls or SMS cannot be received). The display is very confusing and says "Unlocked".
