I have a 10 year old daughter who is very into DDR to say the least. She always asks her mother to play, but they couldn't play together. This mat is exactly the same as the one in the Wii game DDR. Now she can connect both and play with her mom or a friend. As I mentioned above this is an exact match of what came with the game which is of good quality and from research I found has a very low noise level. error rate. However, like the original, it is slippery and moves a bit. But I looked at other hardline or even wireless models and the reviews weren't great. As a result, the original was better and cheaper. There are high-priced, professional-quality pads out there, and we might get one of those someday, but for now, that's the ticket. I recommend this product as a complement to the original DDR game.
