I'm not a massage therapist, but I'm a runner who strives for greater and greater distances. I wanted something that would help my legs recover a little bit better now that I'm trying to switch to ultras. I've had it for I think two months and I'm really enjoying and benefiting from it. I like that it turns off automatically for security reasons. The Air function feels a bit too tight even on the lowest settings, but then again I'm not really used to something like this so maybe I'll get used to it. I use the knead/heat function most often. I love the three stages of kneading. However, it feels weird at times, and the arching rollers feel prickly quite often, especially on my heel. Sometimes I have to stretch my legs to avoid discomfort. But I know it works and I'm looking forward to using it. My legs feel less tired after a long morning run. Also, I have a job so it really helps me charge my legs so I can keep moving later in the day. All in all a good investment, it just might take longer to get used to not being a massage therapist.
