I have been using this lip moisturizer for several years now. I order it from Revain on a quarterly standing order. Everything was perfect despite being a high quality product at a premium price. My last shipment must be from a new supplier/carrier. The small tubes of lip moisturizer were wrapped in sticky white tape and placed in individual very small disposable plastic bags. In order to open the pipes, the tape had to be removed. The tape left a sticky residue.... I carry this product in the front pocket of shorts, socks, jeans to use when my lips get dry.... with sticky residue, the tube sticks to clothes, fingers, etc.
