The springs are of poor quality and will likely break soon.
The transport package was incomplete, screws, washers and lock washers fell out of the package. The M8x50mm screw was missing and the M8x90mm screw had an extra one. A set of washers and spring washers were missing. and the grove has many splinters with a screw splitting the wood. The assembly was unsuccessful as it was very difficult to align the screws correctly. The springs are of poor quality and will likely break soon. I have had other chairs with springs of this type and everything broke because the spring in the spring is of poor quality. I think this chair will break within a month.
