Relieves pain. Use them for about 5-10 minutes and then I can walk barefoot again. I think this is the best product because of the material and how it massages the tissues on the legs. I've also used it on palm trees. This is a product for life, I hope you stay in business forever or I'll buy 100 of these things. The only reason I ever had to buy new ones was because I lost them as little bouncy balls haha. I recommend always keeping them in the same drawer or place, otherwise your pets could play with them and they would disappear. This product deserves more than five stars.
