This is my first wireless doorbell. So I was kind of going in blindly but bought based upon reviews. I bought the one with 2 doorbells and one plug in base. Couple of installation tips. Using the key to remove the back. Don't feel too cautious. The whole back pops off. The first one was trickier and gave me pause. But the 2nd came off easily. If you're going to screw it into the wall, you'll need to use an awl or screw drive and a hammer to open the 2 wholes on the back. Then screw that back plate to the wall and then reattach the front. It snaps right on. Even the lowest level volume is pretty loud. I have a small house, so I situated it on a wall behind a piece of furniture.Honestly, it's an easy, inexpensive solution. Glad I waited for years for technology to be mainstream.
