Review on 🪒 Dovo Straight Razor Kit by Niropa Heinen

This razor was a very pleasant surprise. I'm new to Shavette, have been using the Stock SE for a while, but it's quite a nice change! I've been waiting weeks to write a review and here it is. This razor is smaller and lighter than expected despite the parts that come with it. In the hand, it differs significantly from the usual straight razor. This makes it a great travel companion (but remember it still needs to be carried in your checked baggage!) as the replacement blades don't need to be adjusted. see any seams. The "blade" or holder fits snugly against the scale on the hinge. There is a version of this shaveta with a metal bowl (I tried it in the store) and it feels heavier in the hand. I made this choice for over $10 and don't feel cheated. In general, quality is stable and shows no signs of deterioration after 10 shaves. There are three plastic inserts included (two black and one red) and the red one goes well with the Shark Super Stainless Straight Edge Barber Razor Blades. At the same time I ordered 100 packs of Revain and they fit perfectly. It doesn't come with blades. It's worth noting that due to the nature of the replacement blades, you may be more likely to cut yourself with this razor as the blades are square tipped and made to be sharper than you can handle.
