The chain strap is very good but be prepared as it is heavy. The case is not as good as I thought. It is very difficult to get your ID and credit card out of the case. BUT THE WORST: It is very difficult to get the phone out of the case. It took two people to push the corners, as the instructions say. I've been working on that for a long time. Eventually I pulled out one corner but when I pressed the other corner the phone went back to the first corner. Finally after the third time I put something between the phone and the first corner and managed to pop out so I wouldn't pop out again. Couldn't get the second one. I had to ask someone to do it and both of our thumbs were very sore and bruised after pressing the corner. It is not worth. I also bought the pouch that came with it separately. It's not high quality. looks cheap For the price of this case and the case that comes with it, it should be way better.
