True to size but the ivory color is more white than cream.
Looks so cute in photos. In size I would say. My niece will look so adorable in it at my wedding. Disclaimer I ordered ivory and it looked more white. Not a big problem, just glad it wasn't yellowish like ivory can sometimes be. My niece is 3 years old, tell her the age and she switches to 4T by ordering a 4T tag that says 4.
