I have used it about 5 times on my sailboat. Installation was easy. The device is well made and easy to use. It seems to use minimal power. I particularly like the 10-degree control button. If the wind angle changes, I can just reach out and push a button to rebalance the boat. It's like having an experienced sailor at the helm as I walk to the bow deck, take pictures, fish, sightsee, or whatever. He makes all the necessary adjustments for me to levitate - hands off. worth your money. Update: I've had mine for about 3 years now and use it extensively. I had no problems with that.
