For RPi 3B/3B+ they offer a bit of cooling to keep temps under 80C but I would recommend a better heatsink for overclocking. I love and recommend the Kintaro Heatsink for Raspberry Pi. I actually bought it for a class D amp, not a Raspberry Pi. I use a 24V DC power supply instead of the included 12V DC power supply , so I wanted to cool the chip down a bit. In general I am satisfied.
