Review on Night StressGuard 🌙 Tooth Guard by TotalGard by Pamela Bellancoutt

This night guard failed to impress. But I got what I paid for. I've been grinding my teeth since I was a little girl. This vigil will suffice while I search for a new one. I find this uncomfortable as the sides that go towards your cheeks are pulled up. They have a round fill hole that is used to fill the mold to make it sits right on top of your gums, big no no. The manual that comes with this night watchman instructs you to use scissors to trim it and the sides. I find it big and chunky and will probably spit it out every night because it's so bulky. The only benefit is that I realized I can't buy a cheap night guard. I would not recommend this night guard to anyone.
