This night guard failed to impress. But I got what I paid for. I've been grinding my teeth since I was a little girl. This vigil will suffice while I search for a new one. I find this uncomfortable as the sides that go towards your cheeks are pulled up. They have a round fill hole that is used to fill the mold to make it sits right on top of your gums, big no no. Complete nonsense; leaves an aftertaste in the mouth; never stays home all night so what's the point. I am definitely talking about ordering a personalized remedy from my dentist which I am sure will be much more effective. This product also causes dry mouth! my upper and lower mouth, but the results were the same: Terrible. My dentist is willing to reduce the cost of PPE by $100 so I think it will cost me about $250 or less outdoors and I'm sure it will be more effective.

This worked really well for me. I grind A LOT and have for many years, maybe 40! I had an oral surgeon make me a special night watchman, but as soon as it fell off, it turned into toast, or rather, broken glass. I had to "shave off" some of the edges to fit my mouth without discomfort (I don't think my mouth is small), but trimming it with a small pair of sharp scissors was an easy task. I started using this when I had braces a year and a half ago. took it to show my orthodontist and got her approval. The only downside is that once I started wearing the elastic straps that connect the upper and lower arches, I couldn't wear this night guard. Otherwise it was great.
