Review on Night StressGuard 🌙 Tooth Guard by TotalGard by Debra Depts

This worked really well for me. I grind A LOT and have for many years, maybe 40! I had an oral surgeon make me a special night watchman, but as soon as it fell off, it turned into toast, or rather, broken glass. I had to "shave off" some of the edges to fit my mouth without discomfort (I don't think my mouth is small), but trimming it with a small pair of sharp scissors was an easy task. I wore it for 6 months but it was still worth it. To be honest I should get another one. Also, I found the people at SG very helpful. Note that as the Stress Guard website states, this is more for those who need to avoid getting their molars hit. SG II for those who need protection of the front teeth from each other. Apparently my back teeth are the area I grind down, although my bottom front teeth have consequences. So I suggest maybe biting off some bread or paper or something to see where the teeth rest. It can be molars and front teeth. Then I don't know what to say, I probably would have bought the SG II.
