My first thoughts were correct. too risky to use this product on an expensive new phone. I'm used to suitcases with two zippers and a flap lid to keep the contents dry. When I saw the conclusion of this case, I was afraid it wouldn't stand up, and I was right. I took the manufacturer's advice and put a tissue in it and then soaked it in water. When I took it off after 15 minutes, the fabric was damp and I could feel the water inside. I'm glad I didn't test it on my new $1,300 phone. Made sure to close it as instructed etc. I'll be right back.
