I bought this set to light up our living room and create a nice atmosphere in the evening. I actually bought two sets. The problem is that the two candles did not work properly. I contacted the manufacturer who said to replace the batteries as extra batteries are included. I did this and it fixed one of them but the other still doesn't work. I pointed this out to the manufacturer, but no response since then. I was under the impression that the extra batteries sent were part of a long life package and were not intended to solve a problem that shouldn't have existed. I wanted to order two more sets, but now this will not happen. They'd make a good Christmas present, but not if you can't rely on them to work. It's a shame, I would have wished for a better sequel from the manufacturer.
