Review on Atomik Child Size Hanging Bananas Set of 2 for Strength and Grip Training – Yellow, 120 Pound Capacity by David Edwards

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Unique and high quality training device

Let me get the unfunny monkey and banana puns out of the way. physical training. These are primarily pull up (upper body) grips, but since they are attachments you can get creative and use them for all kinds of total body exercises. set, so you get two). The sizing fits both women and men, and the curvature allows you to adjust the grip higher or lower to vary the fit on your hand; simple but infinitely useful. For use as pull ups they are tops. You can grab a single bomb with one or two hands, or take one in each and pull up with a good rotation of your arms and shoulders. This angle/bend of the banana helps bring the lats down from various vectors in the armpit to the ribs while you adjust the tension in your body. It's a great tool to combine with regular pull ups or as an alternative to those bombs and gymnastic rings for more impact. This is obviously very taxing on grip and forearm strength, but the texture is such that it won't kill your hands or be too rough on your palms. Because these are just grips, they can be worn on fitness bands or attached to cables at the gym or your home gym. This adds a bonus to your ability to train with them. By strapping them onto a loading pin (hook-end cylinder) with weight plates or using kettlebells, you can do the farmer's walk or other leg raises, as well as squats and lunges. It seems easy, but changing grips comes with many benefits. I attached them to the bar for a different grip and deadlifted that way to change the tempo. The stress on my body from the grip was unique, and while I couldn't pull as much weight, variety in the workout was welcome. If you're a creative person, you can use them for more than just upper body workouts. These items are durable and wearable. For the price, you get something that will last for decades and is unlike any other grip training grip or tool you may have come across. It is inspired by nature (fruit) but turned into something unique and very useful. At $50 (or so) with shipping, I highly recommend them. This is very useful for bodyweight training and as an additional feature to increase the effectiveness of resistance training when there are many tempo changes.
