When I placed my order it said it was out of stock but it arrived a few days ahead of schedule. From the start, this product appears to be very durable. The plastic handle is strong and large enough to provide a comfortable grip. There was no hole to attach the stand, but regular clamps should work if you don't have an extra hand when shooting. Be careful when opening! The flexible frame is strong and has a mind of its own. While I am familiar with this design and expected it to open on its own, I was unprepared for the force with which it opens. I left an open knife on the counter after opening the shipping box. When the reflector frame burst, the knife flew off the frame, but fortunately caused no injuries or damage. Attention! I was hoping that the reflective material would be smoother if left open overnight. It doesn't seem to be straightening at all, but I have no doubt it will still work just fine. It can even help to diffuse and soften the light a bit. I bought it as a stepping stone for some lightning gear. I am very happy with this purchase, especially considering the $20 price tag. I've seen similar "professional" products for 3.5 times the price. I can't wait to use it.
