Writing a review of something like this probably won't appeal to most readers. Why I bought 2 of these devices.1. They were purchased for a pair of Canon Powershot A750.2 cameras. Cameras and adapters are part of a fixed frame device called a book scanner3. Cameras are not yet deployed elsewhere. one focus, one aspect, so the PSU is preferable here4. Cameras eat batteries. I have a Sony DSLR for business and the batteries run out very quickly. If you use this type of camera in a studio environment, this adapter is ideal as you don't have to stop work to change batteries. The adapter is lightweight and small enough to be intrusive,
