Just received yesterday. I have a black long vibratory roller and have been using it for a number of years - the black one is very stiff so I ordered that too. I also have a whole collection of other bezel removal tools. To be honest, when I first touched Beastie I thought maybe I went too far, maybe it would be too hard for me and I should have gone with the normal one. It doesn't seem to do much. But I tried last night and then again this morning. It definitely does the job! It hurts so much. If you're even a little sensitive, go for regular, but if you're like me, a 5ft 4in, middle-aged woman weighing 128 pounds that appears to be made out of durable material, go firm. Seriously, not everyone can take it, so rate yourself. If you enjoy a deep tissue massage and don't find it too painful, then this is for you. If you prefer a light massage, choose a regular one. Although I have a whole collection of other self-massage tools, I'm definitely glad I have this one too.
