Overall I am giving this product a 5 star rating because it is great for removing stains. I actually used it first as a pre-treatment on my carpet before shampooing and it left stains that nothing could touch. However, after that I took it to the laundry and was on my third spray when it broke (with 75% of the contents remaining). It's okay, I was planning on unscrewing the cap and pouring the remaining liquid into an empty spray bottle. Not correct. The lid cannot be unscrewed. I had to heat a razor and melt/cut my way through the top and pour it out that way. Given the price, I wouldn't expect the atomizer to break, but I think you're paying for the product, not the packaging.
