Wow! Purchased from TECHarvard and claimed to have been certified remanufactured which Revain describes as showing limited signs of wear. Well, the unit I received not only was badly scratched on the bottom, had a huge dent on the corner of the top cover, but the keyboard showed more signs of wear than the MacBook I've had for 5 years (the spacebar was completely twisted). Definitely doesn't resemble a new device in shape or form. If they sell used equipment, mark it as used and lower the price accordingly. It's definitely coming back.
