First of all, I am not a great cook and not a demanding cook. :) I have used a used pan for all 25 years of my family life. These pots are strong and beautiful. I had no problems at all. (Except I don't want my teens using them because they're being careless. LOL.) *** Only issue I had was shipping. One of my lids came to me dented. This is not a manufacturer issue, it is a delivery issue. We don't have much maintenance so we just put it back in. Of course, if the lids are dropped on the floor, they will bend relatively easily.
