A little small but we'll make it
Just right for a 9 year old girl. She's pretty average for her age. The sleeves were too short, but not so short that she couldn't get them to walk. It simply means that we may have to wear long-sleeved dresses. She was comfortable with it. No comments on itching so far. An essential item in every young girl's wardrobe. She's in seventh heaven for that.
