No Rack Mount & No Surge Protector

This power strip is labeled rack mount, but to me that means it's equipment rack mountable. I don't think there are racks wide enough to accommodate this as you can't mount anything else on top of this rack. I have rack extensions that are the right size, but this isn't one of them. It has a circuit breaker which may trick you into thinking it has surge protection, but there is no surge protection, although there is a switch. If you're buying it to mount to a wall, workbench, or similar, you'll need to use your own screws. It comes with four very small mounting screws that fit into nothing but a perfectly sized pre-drilled hole. If you don't have one, you'll need screws or something. The really good thing about this extension cord is the long extension cord and the wide spacing between the plugs. A longer cord gives you more options for using an extension cord. And the long distance means you can plug pretty much anything you want into any outlet, no need to worry about something missing. *Thank you for taking the time to read my review.
