Okay, first off there is no surge protection on this band, despite some reviews about it. It also doesn't feel like a heavy-duty band. You need to look at the amperage of what you are using for this. Just because you have 10 outlets doesn't mean you can power 10 things at the same time. Maybe you can, but that's no guarantee. If they are low power devices then you can definitely do this. When it comes to devices with higher amperage, e.g. B. a heat gun, you can only use one at a time. It's…

Useful power strip extension

When I originally ordered these, I received them for my workshop. However, as I started connecting my devices to the Rackmount Wall Server, I realized it would be more useful for this purpose. I mounted it vertically on the side of my rack server to keep it out of view. Brilliant! Considering it's so long, it also helped with connector management. It comes to the fact that many electrical components occupy 3 slots when connected. Since there is space between the extension cord plugs, I can…

Great for my workplace.

I bought a 3D printer about nine months ago. Of course, that means I now have three 3D printers and additional hardware. Of course, that means I have a naughty tangle of electrical cords. Time for some organization. I have this for my desktop 3D printer. It helped bring order to the chaos. I now have a strip running across most of my workbench and everything is neatly plugged into an outlet. The splitter also comes with a pair of Velcro cable ties to keep things organized and clean. Another…

A simple device if you have a lot of wall transformers

This is a very simple and light weight power strip. It is rated at 15A, which is less than a traditional wall outlet. The device has a switch but does not offer power filtering. I bought it to power eight Google Chromecast Audio devices. The eight wall transformers won't fit in a regular power strip, but they fit perfectly in this larger power strip. For correct use, this device is reliable and well designed. I am very satisfied and can recommend it!

Robust construction, but no surge protection.

I was looking for an extension cord and thought this would be perfect. It's solidly built and you get 10 well-spaced outlets. The strip is controlled by a switch. It's advertised in bold for a 6 foot extension, but the actual length is less than 3 feet and it doesn't have surge protection, which is a plus when using expensive power tools. Granted, surge protection isn't necessary in the event of a power outage. My rating reflects my disappointment that I expected a longer extension than…

No Rack Mount & No Surge Protector

This power strip is labeled rack mount, but to me that means it's equipment rack mountable. I don't think there are racks wide enough to accommodate this as you can't mount anything else on top of this rack. I have rack extensions that are the right size, but this isn't one of them. It has a circuit breaker which may trick you into thinking it has surge protection, but there is no surge protection, although there is a switch. If you're buying it to mount to a wall, workbench, or similar, you'll
