Please don't buy this for your fish! I bought this internal filter because I don't like the sound of water flow. It's great, no sound, absolutely silent because it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! Water has never gone through the lower filter sponge. I did a lot of tests and water just never got through! I don't know why I believed the YouTuber who reviewed the video for this product and they said it works great. They lie. The first few days there were no problems, and then some green algae appeared on the glass, and then the whole aquarium turned green! I began to doubt this filter and I was right, it didn't work. The water flow at the exit was deceptive. Water never flowed from the bottom to the outlet.
