I bought this because after using Oculus 2 for more than 30 minutes I get a headache due to the tight straps. But when I untie them, I find that they fall off when I'm playing certain games. This strap appears to be much more secure than the original strap that came with the Oculus 2. I don't use a battery so I can't comment on that aspect, but installation was easy. I just followed the video in the description. Both my wife and I can easily adjust the strap during use. The quick release buckle on the back is handy because if it feels too tight after you put it on, you can easily undo it without taking it off. I was looking for a cheap Elite strap version from the FB Oculus brand and I'm very happy with my purchase, especially for the price!
