Fits good.
I was looking for extra polo shirts for work. I bought Exlarge and am happy with it. Washed and dried on the lowest setting. I usually wear a medium size for women but this large size fits girls very well. It has shrunk a bit (not too noticeable). So I'm glad I bought xlarge. I also love the pico collar style. It adds some brightness. I would recommend this polo shirt to anyone.
