Review on Flexible Corner Piece Philips Lightstrip by Carlos Long

I bought these to run through my kitchen cabinet dividers where I have placed Hue light strips and extensions. Aside from a few difficulties getting the cable through the walls, the first run went well. This saved me money on LEDs hidden in the walls and allowed me to connect multiple cabinets as a single logical "Hue Light" in my home automation configurations. At this point I was very happy with the product. Extension cord, I found that both ends are female and not male to female as described on the product page. It was an unfortunate disappointment. . I had to send both cables back and replace them. This means I have to save the delicate and tedious task of running a good cable so I can do it again once a replacement arrives. I've repeatedly tried to request replacements for just one cable that was not installed, but haven't received a response to my requests. CONCLUSION: This is a great product for installing Hue lights in your home, but you might be disappointed with the customer service if, like me, you run into a quality control issue. .
