Review on YOUSHARES Multilayer 166 Slot Pencil Case Holder - Organize Prismacolor Colored Pencils & Gel Pens for Students, Adults & Artists (Blossom) by Carol Miller

I needed a case that could hold a lot of gel pens. I checked the description on this (because in the past I've been disappointed with the case holding more than it actually does). It is designed to hold THREE pens or TWO gel pens per slot. Here is my experience with this case: Packaging - I liked how it was packaged in a zip bag to protect it. Arrived in a box with other items I had ordered in perfect condition. Outside of the case - LOVE the texture and quality. Continuous. GOOD fabric, the photo on the web was not submitted. EXCELLENT, it has two pockets and one with a zip! IF I need to take them out I don't really need another pocket, I can fit my essentials in it including my wallet, keys, phone and a zip pocket, again, THIS is great. Good zippers, good grip that doesn't get in the way. If you don't want to use it, you hardly know it's there. Inside the case - feels solid, not flimsy, a good start. BUT HERE GOES A WARNING! Shown storing TWO gel pens in one slot. Well yes, but only if they are really quite thin. I can easily fit two of my THINNEST gel pens into the slot. I CAN fit two medium sized gel pens into each slot, but getting them in and out is a little harder than I'd like. NO major caveat, I CAN do this, but I wish the slots were MUCH bigger. NO major inconvenience. BOTTOM: QUALITY, FEATURES definitely make this five stars for me because it gives me what I need and more. The slot problem is really minor unless you have fairly large gel pens, then yes, it's a bit more difficult to insert and remove. I would buy this even if I knew what I now know about slots.
