This was delivered as promised, very quickly. The final assembled piece looks nice and works well . it went into immediate service! The only criticism I have is that assembly wasn’t real easy, despite good instructions. My husband is a strong guy, but he really huffed and puffed to get the screws to tap into the holes that were basically punched (as opposed to being machined to work with the supplied screws). Other than that, he felt it was a pretty high quality piece.

We are please with the Coat Rack Tree ( older folks call them a hall tree to hang jackets, sweaters, hats). You do need a tool to put rack together but takes about 5 minutes. It is light weight. It was purchased to hang hair dryer, pj's and robe on for use in bathroom. It is now being used in my mothers bedroom to put next days clothes and robe. It works great when you take knits or perm press item out of dryer. Just grab it and a few hangers and makes doing laundry and putting every thing away

As some other reviews said, I had a bit of trouble getting the screws to go in, but after 30 minutes, I now have a very nice clothes stand! I already have it loaded with clothes and it is stable. Some reviews said that it fell over, but I have not experienced that problem. I am very pleased with it.

This is the first time that I leave a negative comment on items I bought, and I'm sorry, but a girl should definitely avoid this, unless you have a full pack of tools and Hulk's arms. Apparently, I had none. Struggled hours trying to tighten the screws and hurt my fingers, only to find the length of the screws NOT suitable at all. Too short at the bottom and too long at top. Gave a passing overall rate because it hasn't fall down, which definitely would one day in the future. Think twice plz.

This coat rack does the job at a good price. It is a bit tedious to assemble, but you get past that. It seems sturdy enough, but we live in a warm climate so our jackets are light weight. If you want to hang a bunch of heavy wool winter coats on it then … ah, it probably do okay with those too.

its not the best, but it wasn't priced that way either. A few recommendations for the seller, use black screws for the Black one and white screws for the white one.or at least provide same color caps. They sent silver screws with the black one which really doesn't look as nice as it would with black hardware. This worked out very well, not too tall and doesn't have a big footprint, even with coats hanging on all sides.A little difficult to assemble. I is a lot of work getting the screws to actual tap into the holes, particularly with the screwdriver included, to connect all the legs and hooks. Takes some real elbow grease to get some of the holes widened. I love it now that it is fully assembled. I tried to do it myself, but couldn't get screws into some holes at all and some not completely screwed down, but I do have arthritis in my hands. My 19 yr. old grandson had no problem. I do watch that things hanging on it are balanced, but with just a little thought, it should not be a problem falling over. For the price, I think it works as well as any and better than most. I bought it in white and it had no issues with finish. Very satisfied.

This is the most complicated project I have had! It sounds crazy, considering it's only a stand but the screws don't fit so while trying to get it lined up and connected, the middle rolls, the top slips. Omg what an adventure. I rated 2 stars not because the quality or asthetics but because I have given up before it is even together. Nice rack - fairly easy to put together. It looked a bit like it might fall over if you put a heavy coat on it, but I tested it will the heaviest coat we have and it was fine. If it is bumped with a heavy coat on it and nothing else, it will fall over - but an easy way to solve that is to put another coat or jacket on the opposite side of it. All-in-all, a decent rack with plenty of hooks for those umbrellas, hats, gloves, and scarves in the Winter.

This is a great rack, yes you have to put it together and that is a bit of a pain but how else could it be shipped. Putting it together was not so bad. I was able to do it while my 3 kiddos played. The Coat Rack itself is fantastic. We are using ours to hold all of our hats and random bags (shopping bags, beach bags, work bags and kids backpacks) so that our house is not cluttered with all of those items. This is a quality product that is really not that difficult to assemble. It has metal screws that are self tapping. This requires a longer screw driver with a Phillips head of significant size. If you try and put it together with an average size Phillips screwdriver or the enclosed very small device it will be impossible. Perfect for hats and scarves! This rack is exactly what I needed for smaller items. The assembly is relatively simple-all you need is a Phillips Head screwdriver. I do think calling it a coat rack is a bit of a misnomer as I think it is more of a jacket rack.The hooks up top would carry the weight of coats, but then they would cover the lower hooks. I bought this coat rack for the sole purpose of using to hold some of my purses / clutches. So far so good. I definitely recommend using your own screwdriver to assemble it. The small one that’s provided with the kit, will not do the trick. You’ll also need some muscle to tighten the screws.

This is a great little coat rack for people not wanting to spend a ton of money. I bought it because our main coat closet is in the back side of the house and wanted something close to the front door for guests other than the dining room chair. It arrived quickly, is easy to assemble, and looks nice standing in the front hall. Gave it 4 stars only because it is so light weight that it can tip if weight isn't distributed.

The assembly was a complete nightmare and therefore my 4 stars instead of 5.The screws are very short so it takes a while to get all holes aligned. One of them was impossible to fully screwed but this did not affect the sturdiness nor the stability of the rack.
