I like that they do everything in house, which is very helpful if you're looking to create something new. They also have an excellent API so you can easily integrate with your software. Their support team is also fantastic, always willing to provide help. Sometimes it's hard to find solutions to certain problems. For example, I had a case where we were trying to get a client to upgrade their database to the latest version. We had a solution but no way for them to implement it because of lack of skills. But the support staff was able to help us solve the issue. I like that sourcery allows me to be able to create my own job descriptions, as well as have them reviewed by other recruiters in our team if needed! It's also great because it keeps track of all candidates we've submitted so far with their status (i'm waiting list or not). Sometimes when you're searching through jobs there can sometimes seem endless amounts but once i find what exactly im looking for then everything is easier than before!!
