I like all of it! The customer service! They are always there for me when ever i need them no matter how far off time they might be or what day of the week! But my favorite thing about orange QC has got to be its ability to track inspections in one place allowing us as an office have complete oversight over our work. It also allows managers to update information faster than using email which saves precious time!! There aren't any downsides yet but hopefully this will change once things stabilize after launch. Tracking efficiency by employee, tracking changes since last visit, etc. And best part? You don’t need training to use it; just login and start working immediately. Nothing really except maybe being able to see some info before getting logged onto site would help.
