Review on Apevia Crusader-F-BK: Ultimate Mid Tower Gaming Case with Tempered Glass Panel, USB3.0/USB2.0 Ports, and RGB Fans by Cody Michels

Ordered here because I wanted to surprise someone with a nice new pink case for their gaming PC that she is building. Arrived box within a box with damage to the inner box and some damage inside. Started reassembling the computer and found that the internal wiring seemed to have gone wrong and one of the wires on the front fans was pinched and damaged. Okay, don't worry, we'll replace them by putting a cooling system in there and buying a replacement fan locally, we'll take care of it. Start building and find that we're missing a whole pack of screws, so head back to the store to buy a set of screws. They are for mounting hard drives, but there are no mounting rails, you have to order them online. It looks like it'll be a neat case when we're done, but having to constantly buy parts to fill in what should have been included makes this a 1 star. It was annoying, time consuming, and cost me money (though not much) if building out of the box was supposed to be fun. Upgraded to 4 stars: Called manufacturer who has a warehouse 30 minutes from my house. I was able to show them my invoice for the order and they replaced all the damaged and missing parts.
