This gets a 5* review from me because of the excellent customer service!When I first used the foot spa it had a leaking problem, and I had already thrown away the original packaging. I was able to send an email to their customer service and they responded right away! I gave them a few order details and they sent me a new tub! (I did not have to return the broken one)The new foot spa does not leak at all. All of the other features work as well. My favorite one being that the water keeps warm! The tub does make a little noise when you use it. I have hardwood floors, so I keep a towel underneath to dampen the sound. Overall it's relaxing! :)
