Everyone's bodies are different so I hope this helps a little... I'm 5'4" tall and early 50's. I am semi active but am currently around 5'7" overweight and wear it everywhere. I've tried many different suits and finally found a website that recommended the blouson style because of the fit so I ordered one from here. Love it, have ordered a second one. I ordered X-Large. The top fits perfectly. I had to adjust the straps completely (I don't have large boobs - 38C). The flow of the upper is very flattering for the extra weight. I really enjoy the top felt comfortable.I ordered separate high waisted ruffle bottoms as the ones that come here didn't quite cover me,especially for snorkeling.But only one peak is worth anything here.
