I bought an authentic negoya 771 and compared it side by side with these hys 771 antennas. I have no device for measuring except to put the antenna on and see what I can pull. I used them on a baofeng uv 82. They pulled reception almost equally but the negoya was just a hair stronger recieving a signal that was weak on both. They both seem equally as rugged, tho time will tell. The hys771 whip is thicker but plenty bendable. For now I'll use the hys771, and is a great deal at 3 antennas for $16. 1 negoya is $25. Hopefully they last along time, but in my experience electronics are always hit or miss no matter what you spend. Often times spend less, miss more, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.
