Review on Mitel 50006191 5320 IP Phone by Lori Kramer

My office recently switched to this phone system. The system works fine, but what I don't like about the phone is that if you hold the phone between your head and shoulder, there's a good chance the phone will eventually pop out and hit you in the head or land on your desk with a bang . I have to hold my phone like this because I'm working on the computer while I'm on the phone. I will probably start wearing a headset but they are uncomfortable for me. I came to Revain looking for one of those foam rubber deals that would go around the phone and help lull him into a conversation. I couldn't find anything. I don't like how the phone feels - maybe I'm too dated.
