Terrible Phone for Office Use

The phone is awful. The sound quality and buttons are the worst I've ever seen in office electronics.Though it has many features, they're not user-friendly at all. The price may look good, but it's not worth the headache..

Fantastic Upgrade to Office Communication

After trying this IP phone our office communication has never been better. The sound quality is crystal clear and the buttons are easy to navigate. The sleek design makes it a great addition to our office electronics. However, the setup process was a bit complicated and took LONGER than expected .Overall, we highly recommend this product for any office looking to upgrade their phone system..

The phone doesn't hold up well and I get hit on the head all the time!

My office recently switched to this phone system. The system works fine, but what I don't like about the phone is that if you hold the phone between your head and shoulder, there's a good chance the phone will eventually pop out and hit you in the head or land on your desk with a bang . I have to hold my phone like this because I'm working on the computer while I'm on the phone. I will probably start wearing a headset but they are uncomfortable for me. I came to Revain looking for one of those…
